A horse trainer from Omaha, the biggest city in the Great Plains state of Nebraska, she has brown hair, brown eyes and a strong sense of direction. \u201cGrowing up in Omaha, I had the best of both worlds \u2013 the country and the city,\u201d she says. \u201cMy passion in life is horses. I rode before I took my first steps, and I\u2019ve been a trainer for several years. I love it \u2013 it\u2019s like being one with the animal.\u201d Erika likes to do a bit of everything. Four-wheeling, snowmobiling, target shooting and car racing \u2013 and, more conventionally, reading and shoe shopping. \u201cI\u2019m good at just about everything I do,\u201d she says. That said, she may be tops in dressage, but she\u2019s a casual dresser, and most days she wears T-shirts, sweats and jeans. \u201cI\u2019ll dress up for a night out,\u201d she says, laughing. \u201cA girl\u2019s got to look good.\u201d She sure does \u2013 so good, in fact, that we made her Cybergirl of the Month in November 2013.\r\nSpeaking of looking good, Erika is new to modeling. She did a shoot for a biker magazine a few years back, but before Playboy, she hadn\u2019t done nudes. \u201cI found a box of my dad\u2019s Playboy magazines,\u201d she says. \u201cI didn\u2019t read them, but I did get to thinking.\u201d When she heard about a casting call in Phoenix, and she flew all the way from Omaha to attend. \u201cI was only in Phoenix for about eighteen hours,\u201d she says. \u201cI was making dinner at home when I got the call back. I jumped up and down and screamed at the top of my lungs \u2013 and I burned the dinner!\u201d Erika prefers being in a relationship to dating, and though we\u2019re sure she could get the milk for free, she\u2019s always glad she bought the cow. \u201cYou have sex whenever you want,\u201d she says, a little mischievously. \u201cI like a man with a passion. I don\u2019t care what it is \u2013 as long as you do something and do it well, you have a chance with me. And when I fall in love, I fall hard.\u201d That\u2019s straight from the horse\u2019s mouth \u2013 and Miss Knight is headed straight to the top.\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n \t\t\r\n\t\t\t\t
